Your First Day
Your first day is all about getting comfortable, learning our flow, and setting you up for success. You will train with our manager who will walk you through company expectations, and demonstrate cleaning methods + techniques.
You'll learn how we move through a home room-by-room, how we prioritize tasks, and how we maintain company standards. We encourage questions and hands-on learning as we are here to support you.
Supplies & Equipment Provided
All necessary supplies and equipment is provided by the company
Laundry Responsibilities
As a part of the position team members take home their microfiber towels to wash + dry. We add additional time to your schedules to compensate you.
We provide you with enough microfiber towels so laundry typically only needs to be done once per week, not daily.
Pay Schedule
You'll be paid weekly every friday.
Access your work schedule ​
You will access your work schedule through Connect Team and will show you how Connect Team works at orientation.
Dress Code
Wear a plain black t shirt, black leggings or black plain shorts for warmer weather. Wear comfortable sneakers. We will provide you with shoe covers, and a waist apron to store your belongings in.
Snacks, Hydration & Energy
Bring a caffeinated drink for when you need an energy boost (we are active during shift). Water is an absolute must, and if you work a longer shift bring a light snack or protein shake. Please have a snack break at your leisure.
